Skyline Welcomes Jeremy Riggs Back to the Fleet
Skyline is pleased to welcome back Jeremy Riggs. Jeremy completed our CDL training program in the fall of 2017. He had to come off of the road for a few months this past summer to take care of some family business, but left out in a Skyline truck last week.
Jeremy grew up in Andersonville, TN playing baseball and most other sports. He was working in construction when the economy crashed. After that, he worked as a canine officer in a bomb detection unit. After he married, he transitioned to driving as an escort for wide loads. That’s when he realized he liked driving.
“I grew tired of being in a little truck, so I decided I wanted to learn how to drive the big trucks.”
Jeremy heard a radio ad for Skyline’s training program. “It was awesome. Mike Garrabrant was incredible.”
With his wife riding alongside, Jeremy drove for Skyline for about six months before family issues forced him to take a break from driving. Now he has returned to Skyline and ready to go back out. Jeremy enjoys driving to new places and is pleased that Skyline has added the paid reserved parking benefit.
